ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS AFFECTING STRESS OF THAI PRIVATE UNIVERSITY PERSONNEL

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study organizational factors Thai private university personnel 2) the level stress 3) find a relationship between and 4) analyze affecting personnel. samples used in were 380 employees working universities located Bangkok. findings showed that factors, total, perceived at high level. In particular, time management had highest mean value, followed by work uncertainty, load, co-worker relationship, condition. Stress personnel, was mental physical behavioral stress. Organizational positively related statistical significance 0.01 level, which workload with an effect on .01 management, workload, condition, relationship. forecasting equation from results Multiple Regression Analysis can describe 74.5 percent (Adjust R2 =.745), whereas rest 25.5 other variables not studied research.
